Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free trial requires no credit card and no payment info. When the trial ends, you can choose a plan or your account will revert to read-only mode. Your data is never deleted.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your account becomes read-only — you can still log in and see your brand voice, scores, and scheduled posts, but you can't create new ones. Choose any paid plan to reactivate. All your data is preserved.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new plan's features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.

What counts as an AI credit?

Each AI action costs 1 credit: generating a caption, scoring a post, repurposing content for a platform, or generating a brand voice. Vision-based content analysis (analyzing images/videos) costs 2 credits. Credits reset monthly on your billing date.
